iPad and Tablet PC repairs can be picked up from your home or work address.
How it works
- By appointment a courier will collect your tablet from your address* and bring it quickly to Fix My Mobile.
- Once we receive your tablet we provide you with a quote (if not already quoted).
- We contact you via email / phone / sms to advise you when your repair is completed.
- You can pay us by credit card over the phone or direct deposit into our bank account.
- Once payment is received we courier your tablet straight back to you.
*Service is available 150 KM around Brisbane metropolitian. The cost for the pickup is $12.50 wich will be added to your repair invoice.
Book the courier
- Call Couriers Please on 1300 753 273 to organise an appointment for collection from your address.
- Please mention our customer number 3395 1996 and receiver pays (added to invoice).
- Couriers please will give you a job number, please write this down for further reference.
- For questions about pick up times or changes please contact Couriers Please directly and mention your job number.
Packing instructions
- Backup your iPad or Tablet before sending it to us (if possible).
- Print and download our ADDRESS LABEL.
- Fill in our JOB SHEET and include it with your repair.
- Remove your SIM card and Memory Card if applicable.
- Send your tablet pc with a fully charged battery.
- Please don’t send any accessories (usb cable, sim card, charger etc.) which are not related to the fault.
- Please do NOT send us or use the original sales packaging/box.
- We recommend you send your device in protective packaging.
