How it works

  1. Send in your phone for FREE*
  2. Use our ADDRESS LABEL and include our JOB SHEET with your repair.
  3. We provide you with a quote before we commence any work, if not already quoted.
  4. We contact you via email / phone / sms to advise you when your repair is completed.
  5. You can pay with a credit card over the phone or direct deposit into our bank account.
  6. Once payment is received we send your iPad/Tablet PC straight back to you.

*Reply Paid covers the postage cost for incoming mail. You may choose to pay for packing materials, express post, insurance, registration, etc yourself. These are at your cost.

Packing instructions

  • Backup your device prior to sending it to us (if possible).
  • Print and download our ADDRESS LABEL.
  • Fill in and sign our JOB SHEET and include it with your device when you mail it to us.
  • Remove the SIM card and Memory Card if applicable.
  • Send your tablet with a fully charged battery.
  • Please do not send any accessories (usb cable, sim card, charger etc.) which are not related to the fault.
  • Please do NOT send us or use the original sales package.
  • We recommend you send your tablet insured and in protective packaging.
